Introduction
Zenya is a graduate of the UBC School of Rehabilitation Medicine class of 1994 and has continued his education in orthopedic manual therapy (Level 2), strength and conditioning (CSCS, 2003) and sports physiotherapy (Diploma Sports Physiotherapy, 2005). He has worked with athletes and covered events from recreational to the provincial, national and international level. Most recently during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, Zenya volunteered with the Host Medical Team for Men’s Ice Hockey and was the Venue Medical Manager for the Men’s Sledge Hockey.

Zenya has been a competitor at Cat 3 Road Cycling, Expert Mountain Biking, 10km Bay Challenge Solo Swim, BC Triathlons, and Junior A Ice Hockey.

Sports: Ice hockey, soccer, cycling, running, triathlons.

Special interest in treating back, hip/groin and lower body injuries. He also performs custom bicycle fits to ensure optimal comfort, performance and prevention of injuries.

Zenya lives on the North Shore with his wife Juanita and their 5 children Ava, Koji, Raiden, and twins Liv & Thea.
