Our unique Small Group Strength & Conditioning Classes are led by a registered Kinesiologist who will guide you through 50 minutes of structured sets designed to build full-body strength through functional movements such as squats, deadlifts, rows, and presses. 

With a maximum of just six participants per class, each participant will receive individually tailored guidance on technique and form, making these classes easily adaptable to any level of exercise experience, from beginner to advanced.
